He explained the process of how they would clean the carpets, how they would dry them and that they would take utmost care so as to not damage the fabric. They took my carpets and within a week, I got them back. Rafael was the worker who vacuumed the vents clean, and then got onto the roof to find and clean out the dryer vent. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and service. We needed vent cleaning because of a hot water tank leak that required rebuilding half of our garage, and the sheetrock dust was everywhere!! But not anymore!!!"
